Hi everybody,

Find attached to this post the project plan draft 0.1. Let's use this forum to successively build up and share the project plan.
I made a rough structure for the plan, and please feel free to make changes. Please also update the version number and date on the head of the document before you upload the latest version.

Lutz

I added my proposal for the project plan in the latest draft. Please comment what you think of it.

Thanks Lutz for the plan. A couple of comments
- use the material from my previous version (the one used for application) to edit a kind of holistic plan
- the tasks are now defined too isolated. UX Framework and UX Integration needs to be seen as tasks that the rest can utilize. Now there is too much overlap in tasks.
- we might use IP10 as an early test platform
- perhaps the termiology with 'results' and 'deliverables' should be clarified. I don't subtask need to produce deliverables but only 'results' (the ambition level of which needs to be upgraded), and the tasks produce 'deliverables'. I see deliverable as a document that the project resents to the customer / steering group or publishes.
- Some comments in the doc.
